Hollywood has confirmed that Star of "Californication" David Duchovny and his wife, film star Tea Leoni, are separated again, Access

Access on Tuesday evening a rep for Duchovny confirmed the news.

TMZ, which first reported the news, the pair has not yet decided if they will divorce.

Duchovny received treatment in rehab for sex addiction of the couple previously separated in 2008.

"Bright of continuous speculation lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny.

The couple is confirmed that they have in fact separated for several months,

"The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children."

The couple eventually got back together.

Duchovny and Leoni married in 1997 and have two children, daughter Madelaine West, 12, and son Kyd, 9.

Three children among 15 dead in new NATO raid

        A NATO airstrike early Monday on a large family compound belonging to a close associate of Muammar Qaddafi has killed at least 15 people, including three children, west of Tripoli, Libya’s government said.

          Libyan government spokesman Moussa Ibrahim said alliance bombs struck the compound belonging to Khoweildi Al-Hamidi outside the city of Surman, some 60 km west of Tripoli, around 4 a.m. local time Monday.

Ibrahim said Al-Hamidi, a former military officer who took part in the 1969 coup that brought Qaddafi to power, escaped unharmed but that three children were among those killed, two of them Al-Hamidi’s grandchildren.

          “They (NATO) are targeting civilians ... the logic is intimidation,” Ibrahim said. “They want Libyans to give up the fight ... they want to break our spirit.” Foreign journalists based in the Libyan capital were taken by government officials to the walled compound, where the main two-story buildings had been blasted to rubble. A pair of massive craters could be seen in the dusty ground, and rescue service workers with sniffer dogs were searching the rubble in search of people. The smell of smoke was still thick in the air.

          Journalists were later taken to a hospital in the nearby city of Sabratha, where medical workers showed them the bodies of at least 10 people, including those of two children, said to be killed in the strike. Some of the bodies were charred beyond recognition, while others had been half blown apart.

          “NATO is endangering its credibility; we cannot risk killing civilians,” Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini told reporters ahead of an EU foreign ministers’ meeting in Luxembourg due to discuss ways to aid fighters opposed to Qaddafi.

       "The Tree of Life" is a film of vast ambition and deep humility, attempting no less than to encompass all of existence and view it through the prism of a few infinitesimal lives. 

        The only other film I've seen with this boldness of vision is Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey," and it lacked Malick's fierce evocation of human feeling. There were once several directors who yearned to make no less than a masterpiece, but now there are only a few. Malick has stayed true to that hope ever since his first feature in 1973.

        I wrote earlier about the many ways this film evoked my own memories of such time and place. About wide lawns. About a town that somehow, in memory, is always seen with a wide-angle lens. About houses that are never locked. About mothers looking out windows to check on their children. About the summer heat and ennui of church services, and the unpredictable theater of the dinner table, and the troubling sounds of an argument between parents.

        I don't know when a film has connected more immediately with my own personal experience. In uncanny ways, the central events of "The Tree of Life" reflect a time and place I lived in, and the boys in it are me. If I set out to make an autobiographical film, and if I had Malick's gift, it would look so much like this. 

        His scenes portray a childhood in a town in the American midlands, where life flows in and out through open windows. There is a father who maintains discipline and a mother who exudes forgiveness, and long summer days of play and idleness and urgent unsaid questions about the meaning of things.

        The three boys of the O'Brien family are browned by the sun, scuffed by play, disturbed by glimpses of adult secrets, filled with a great urgency to grow up and discover.

Sonia due on July 25

Indian Congress party President Sonia Gandhi will arrive in Dhaka on July 25 on a two-day visit to attend an internal conference on physically-challenged and autistic children. 

       The four-day conference will be held at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre from July 23.

But the inaugural session will be held on July 25 which Sonia will attend. She will also attend the panel discussion at the conference on July 26.
